Answer Intelligence
Understand what AI says about your brand—and what deserves attention.
Kojable analyses how AI systems describe, compare and recommend your business. Identify inaccurate claims, missing context, competitor framing and evidence gaps, then turn findings into practical improvements.
Answer Intelligence examines the substance of an AI answer: what is useful, misleading, incomplete or worth investigating. It is a capability within Kojable's AI answer alignment platform.
The free audit provides a Brand Summary, Associated Topics and Competitor Snapshot. Detailed Answer Intelligence analysis is scoped separately. Review the free AI Brand Audit outputs.
Why the answer matters
Being mentioned is not the same as being understood.
An assistant might mention your company while describing the wrong services, overlooking important capabilities or confusing it with a competitor. It could recommend the wrong use case, misstate a qualification or rely on outdated information. Your company may also be absent from a relevant answer.
An appearance or citation count alone cannot explain those differences. Answer Intelligence examines what the answer communicates and what needs checking.
Designed for expertise-led B2B companies, consulting and professional services, consumer and ecommerce brands, and creator-led businesses. Marketing, brand, content and growth teams can use the findings to set clearer priorities.
What Kojable analyses
See the information shaping your AI representation.
Examine the descriptions, claims, comparisons and omissions within measured AI answers, then decide which findings deserve investigation.
Brand descriptions
Examine what assistants say your company does, who it serves and what makes it distinctive.
Claim accuracy
Flag potentially inaccurate, outdated, unsupported or misleading statements for further checking.
Information completeness
Find relevant capabilities, product details, qualifications or context missing from an answer.
Competitor framing
Examine how alternatives are described and where important differences between businesses or products are overlooked.
Recommendation context
Understand when your company is recommended, omitted or associated with particular buyer needs.
Source and evidence patterns
Examine available citations and supporting material without treating a citation's presence as proof of causation.
Accuracy assessment requires reliable, preferably company-approved reference information and human review. Kojable does not automatically detect every factual error. AI Citation Monitoring provides more detail on source investigation.
Illustrative questions — not captured AI responses.
What are buyers learning about your business from AI?
Examples span service selection and product research. They are planning prompts, not recorded model answers or customer results.
- What does [company] do, and who is it for?
- How does [company] compare with [competitor]?
- Which providers are best suited to [specific business need]?
- Does [company] offer [specific service or product feature]?
- What are the limitations of [product or service]?
- Which companies have experience with [specific industry or use case]?
How an answer is examined
From an AI response to a clear investigation.
This illustrative analysis process shows how a response can be examined. No captured AI answer or customer result is shown.
Capture the answer
Preserve the question, answer and available source information so the finding can be reviewed in context.
Check the context
Record the AI platform, exact surface or model, market, retrieval conditions and measurement time when available. Note missing context before making comparisons.
Examine the claims
Separate factual statements, recommendations, comparisons, omissions and uncertainty. Identify what can be checked and what needs further interpretation.
Compare the evidence
Check relevant claims against reliable company information and available independent sources. A cited page does not prove why a model produced a particular statement.
Prioritise action
Identify corrections, missing information, content opportunities and follow-up questions. Explain what should be investigated or changed first.
Keep the observation, reference information, interpretation and proposed action distinct:
- Observed answer
- What the measured response actually said, with its recorded question and conditions.
- Verified reference information
- The reliable information checked against the claim, with its source and relevant qualifications.
- Analyst interpretation
- A reasoned assessment of the gap or uncertainty, kept separate from observed facts.
- Proposed action
- A suggested correction, clarification or next investigation for your team to review.
From findings to improvements
Turn answer gaps into practical work.
- Monitor
- Establish the measured answers and the buyer questions that need attention.
- Diagnose
- Investigate inaccurate descriptions, missing qualifications, unclear comparisons and outdated public information.
- Improve
- Prioritise corrections to important website pages, clearer product or service descriptions, stronger evidence, FAQs, documentation and comparison information.
- Verify
- Retest comparable questions after improvements and document what changed, what stayed stable and what remains unresolved.
Your team reviews and approves changes. Implementation, publishing, outreach and testing scope depend on the agreed package or engagement. Kojable cannot guarantee changes to third-party AI answers. See the full Monitor, Diagnose, Improve, Verify workflow.
Platform coverage
Analyse answers across the AI platforms in scope.
Our platform groups are Google, Meta, ChatGPT and Claude. Exact models, surfaces, markets and testing conditions are confirmed in the written engagement scope.
Google- Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews are distinct experiences. Analysis retains the exact surface tested; their access and retrieval conditions are not interchangeable.
Meta- We measure grounded Muse Spark answers through Meta’s API. Tests use the Meta Model API with web-search grounding, not access to private or personalised conversations inside Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook.
ChatGPT- Answers are analysed with their recorded model and access conditions. OpenAI API testing does not imply coverage of every ChatGPT consumer mode or account type.
Claude- Analysis uses the Claude models and surfaces agreed in scope. Anthropic API testing does not establish coverage of every consumer application mode.

Practical answers
Frequently asked questions about Answer Intelligence
What is Answer Intelligence?
Answer Intelligence examines what AI-generated answers communicate about a business, including descriptions, claims, omissions, comparisons and recommendations. Kojable connects that analysis to evidence checks, practical priorities and comparable retesting.
How is Answer Intelligence different from AI Visibility Monitoring?
AI Visibility Monitoring shows where and when a brand appears in measured answers; Answer Intelligence examines what those answers say. A mention can be accurate, incomplete or misleading, so appearance alone does not establish answer quality.
How is it different from AI Citation Monitoring?
AI Citation Monitoring investigates supporting sources, domains and pages; Answer Intelligence examines the statements, context and omissions within the answer. Source investigation can support the analysis, but a citation does not prove why a model made a claim.
Can Kojable identify inaccurate statements about my business?
Kojable can flag potentially inaccurate statements for checking against reliable, preferably company-approved reference information. Human review is needed; not every factual error can be detected automatically, and uncertain claims may require more evidence.
Which AI platforms can Kojable analyse?
Kojable's platform focus is Google, Meta, ChatGPT and Claude, with exact coverage confirmed in the written engagement scope. Google surfaces remain distinct; Meta uses grounded Muse Spark answers through the Meta Model API with web-search grounding. API tests do not cover every consumer application mode.
What can I do when AI describes my company incorrectly?
You can check the statement against reliable reference information and prioritise corrections or missing context on relevant pages and supporting materials. Your team approves changes; implementation, publishing, outreach and comparable follow-up testing depend on the agreed scope.
Can Kojable guarantee that AI answers will change?
No. Kojable cannot guarantee changes to third-party AI answers, rankings, citations or recommendations. It helps teams investigate gaps, prepare improvements and retest comparable questions to see what changed.
