Kojable Upgrades Share of Voice with Market-Aware History, Smarter Automation and a Clearer Dashboard
Kojable has released three connected improvements to its Share of Voice experience: market-aware historical comparisons, smarter control of scheduled automation and a clearer full-width analytics dashboard.
The result is more trustworthy AI visibility comparisons, less unnecessary automated work and a clearer interface for investigating the evidence behind each result.
What changed
Share of Voice preserves market context throughout its history
Share of Voice data needs context.
A visibility measurement collected in Ireland should not be treated as a continuation of one collected in the United States. Questions, cited sources, competitors, terminology, platform availability and product expectations can all differ between markets.
The released implementation records the market and language associated with each individual Share of Voice collection. A market change starts a new baseline instead of connecting incompatible observations.
Answer: Share of Voice trends compare compatible collections from the same recorded market and language rather than joining different countries into a misleading trend.
Why this matters for AI Answer Alignment
A company can be understood differently in different markets
AI Answer Alignment asks whether AI-generated answers reflect the reality of a business. That alignment can vary by market.
A company may be associated with different competitors, terminology, publications, use cases, categories or owned pages in another country or language.
Joining incompatible markets can make a settings change look like a performance gain or decline. Market-aware history makes that boundary explicit and provides a more trustworthy basis for interpretation.

Each collection retains its original market and language
Historical records are not:
- Deleted, relabelled or reassigned to the current market
- Connected to an incompatible trend
- Treated as though they were collected under new settings
When a workspace changes from Ireland to the United States, the Ireland results stay with Ireland, United States results stay with the United States and the first United States collection establishes a separate baseline.
Market changes do not delete previous results.
Returning to a previous market
Kojable looks backwards for the latest compatible collection
Consider this sequence:
Ireland → United States → Ireland
The final Ireland collection should compare with the previous Ireland collection, not the intervening United States collection. The United States observation remains available in its own history.
Answer: each collection uses the most recent compatible history from the same market and language, even when another market was selected in between.
No cross-market trend connections
Different markets never share one trend line
There are zero permitted trend-line connections between different recorded markets.
A chart must not imply continuity when location, language, market-specific platform availability or the compatible baseline changes. A new market with one collection is shown as a baseline rather than an artificial trend.
Smarter scheduled automation
Scheduled work pauses when continuing would create unnecessary backlog or cost
Article-generation backlog pause
Automatic article generation pauses when a workspace has 2 or more untouched scheduled drafts.
Share of Voice collection pause
Scheduled Share of Voice collections pause when either:
- The workspace has at least 2 untouched scheduled drafts; or
- The workspace has had no meaningful authenticated user activity for 30 days.
These thresholds apply to the stated scheduled workflows. They do not disable the workspace or imply that every product workflow pauses at two drafts.
What remains available
Scheduled pauses do not remove existing evidence
Existing snapshots, historical market collections, topics, citation sources, owned URLs, compatible-period changes, confidence information and market availability remain visible while automatic work is paused.
A pause affects future scheduled work. It does not delete data or disable the workspace.
Manual refresh remains available
Authorised users can still request a manual Share of Voice refresh, subject to the existing authorisation rules, budget limits, cooldown and concurrency protection. Manual refresh does not bypass those safeguards.
Returning-workspace behaviour
Meaningful activity can prepare paused work to resume
Meaningful authenticated activity updates are throttled to approximately one write every 15 minutes so ordinary navigation does not create unnecessary database traffic.
Paused Share of Voice schedules are rechecked every one hour. Meaningful activity can wake a previously paused collection for a run within approximately five minutes.
These timings are approximate operational targets, not guarantees. The workflow should not repeatedly wake inactive schedules without meaningful activity.
